Pros

Relaxed Environment - Sitting in a chair responding to calls all day Easy going colleagues - Young workforce, gymnasium graduates and mid 20s Relatively flexible - As long as you are out in time you can have a flexible schedule

Cons

Low pay and doesnt really increase over the years. Pay is based on collective agreement and the client you are working for. Chairs are uncomfortable if you are tall and created back problems for me.
