      supervisors are good opportunity to get work experience and move on

      salary not good unrealistic targets too many dos and don't when it comes to work

      Lots of Opportunity for Growth Learned a lot in my many years with the company Ability to Travel around the world Great relationships made while working here

      Cons

      The work hours are beyond expectations. Work-Life Balance is a must, but for most of the year, it was only work, and no life!

      There are no pros it was a steady pay check job was the worst ever.

      Cons

      No room for advancement A lot of micromanagement No cell phones on production floor No food on production floor No pay raise Compare to a high school setting
