Pros

Once trained, your workload starts to mount with more responsibilities. However, I personally did not feel the pressure. All senior staff backed me whenever there was a high-pressure situation due to which I was able to take the pressure with ease.

Very less time for breaks

The environment is very good and precautions for covid 19 are taken and followed by everyone.

Cons

The shifts are rotational so sometimes it is hard to manage the routine.
