Pros

This company provides perfect training and advanced courses to gain knowledge about other programs, like quality and training, which can be used to develop your skills and career. Teleperformance was my first job, and I enjoyed working here. My manager and team lead are very supportive.

Cons

Employee recognition is minimal despite high performance efforts.
