Pros

Teleperformance are great at allowing time needed for family or medical issues without creating a fuss or making you feel uncomfortable for asking for it. They’re flexible and will fit around your needs where possible. The support from colleagues is great even with working from home

Cons

There were some difficulties getting onboard with teleperformance at first but once these were resolved it was plain sailing
