not a human company. treat you like machines. do more in less time, do better with less resources, scramble eggs with no eggs. but make it happen.

Very good training provided for doing the job. Most people are very helpful

Cons

TP will do it's best to not give vacation days to their employees; usual excuse is they're understaffed which is management's problem. Employee still has right by law to their earned vacation days. Micromanaging of employees on one of the accounts/ departments, fully grown adults have to ask permission for bathroom which is very controlling.
