      Everything is okay, not perfect but this company keeps expanding and learning and growing so all is fair.

      Cons

      Everything depends on which project you’re in, not really support people to grow.

      Pros

      Supportive team and supervisors who are generally helpful and approachable. Clear SOPs and structured training that help you adapt quickly, even if you’re new to customer support. Good exposure to international clients, which helps improve communication skills. The work environment is quite diverse, and you get to learn a lot about handling different customer situations.

      Cons

      Workload can be intense, especially during peak hours, and schedules may feel tiring over time. Performance metrics can be stressful if you’re not used to target-based work.
