If you need experience, it's a good starting point

Cons

Economy statistic wise if you are a CSR you will get a lower class salary. Accounts are not permanent. If no account available you will not get paid for what we call a floating status even though its not the employees fault. Worst is you will not get a separation pay if you resign after your current account ended
