Pros

Competitive pay and incentives, good training, fast paced on the job. Team leaders caring, want to help you succeed. Breaks and benefits. Team efforts and updates.

Cons

Stringent quality control and reviews, attendance. WAH positions not widely available or efficient. Performance and numbers prime emphasis. Pay increase depends on upsell or absence of quality review downgrades. Full time hours require long 4.5 day schedules.

Pros

It is a stable company. They have Fortune 500 accounts. Facilities are one of the best in the industry. Support staff are supportive of your needs i.e., salary processing, etc.

Cons

They retain you based on unfair rating by customers. My wave-mates did not even get any CSAT Score, not their fault but they were still terminated. I know that this is an account issue but still makes one feel really bad.
