Pros

The only pro is that they recognize you if you have been there for 3 months (bc turnover is so high) they occasionally have drawings for great prizes, have hot dog days.

Cons

Almost everything. Everyone is started on the same pay no matter your experience, management acts like people don't have lives or problems, extremely rude supervisors talk down to people, gossip, and will lie on you at the drop of a dime.

There is certainly opportunities for advancement. Good work environment, co-workers seem like family most of the time. They will challenge you and encourage you.

Cons

Not on the bus line. Normal workplace gossip.
