Co-workers amazing, decent management on-site, horrible policies.
Pros
All of the people who were on my level were phenomenal to work with. Most weren't very judgmental and most were as sweet as honey even when not dealing with the customers. If you can afford to take an unpaid day here or there, the management is usually pretty flexible with that given some notice. If you have managed to get to paid-time status, hold it until Christmas and they'll give it to you in spades.
Cons
They're really bad with compensation. It's good considering that you're a third-party, but horrid considering what you're subjected to upwards of forty times a day. Leave policies are kind of pathetic - I couldn't get sick leave for pneumonia even with a doctors note. That was what ultimately ended up in my resignation. The company's management, unfortunately, doesn't value you as the individual. They say it's such a great place to work, but when you feel like a number, you start to act like a number to the non-peons.
