- has competitive salary for BPO company especially in Indonesia -

Cons

- actually its not a “great place to work” because there’s a lot things that makes employes feel unfair - HR not really compatible for doing their jobs that ended up harmful for employes - The company has too many sites and is not well regulated with each other, so it does not match between all sites. - the bulding regulation

Cons

The building TP chooses right now (RDTX Square, Jakarta site) has a bad management with unfriendly receptionist and security personnel, leading to difficulties for many.
