Pros

pretty easy laid back jobs, they give you the tools you need to get through most of the calls. Even when it’s a difficult call, there is support for you as a support tech as well.

Cons

Dr appointments aren’t accepted and when you’re attendance hits a certain level things will get tight for you but they still work with you it’s just pressure

good training, great trainers, good locations

Cons

there are some delays in some of the little things like account creation for new hires and there are some staff like the guards who are not great when dealing with new trainees
