Good environment to work. Good management. No cab issues. Managers and leaders are very supportive. On time salary. Everything is good at Teleperformance

amazing company in my country

Cons

its a little stressful because the people are different from each other and some of them nice and the other hard to deal with but with the time you will know how to deal with it without any breakdown....

They are very hands on when it comes to their trainees.

Cons

I think the shifting schedules but it's understandable that in this kind of industry you need to prepare yourself for this situation because it is a US based company.
