TP really cares about the Employees growth and development. It offers great opportunity for those who want to seek beyond their current role. The company also invests the needed training for the employees. They also pay attention to make the environment of workplace clean and comfortable. For me, TP really builds a great culture among the employees where we appreciate differences. It's truly Great Place to work with great people inside.

Cons

As in TP is a fast-paced industry. Sometimes, we need to adapt and get used to the new responsibility and jobdesc in a short period of time. But this is also a good chance for the employees to learn more things and grow.
