The upper management needs to be overhauled. Too many long-stayers who contribute little to nothing!

Pros

TP is indeed a great place work. I've heard higher compensation offers to other BPO company with the same scope of work that I currently have. Despite that, I still consider to stay in TP but mainly is because of the people here, from the management, leaders, security, agents, everyone.

Cons

Downside working in TP is the travel time and locations. I'm from Cavite and working in Ayala, there were times that I'm asked to report in Sucat and soon will need to report in EDSA/Octagon. No transportation allowance.
