Pay is mediocre for the stress and pressure, benefits are minimal, and the high turnover rate speaks for itself. Management talks about “being part of the family,” but in reality it’s just another call center that treats people as disposable temporary resources. If you’re looking for stability, fair scheduling, or reliable systems.. look elsewhere. Teleperformance Spain is not it.

- nice colleagues - facilities in a convenient spot - posibility of doing extra hours for higher hour-rate

Cons

- non-existent benefits (no, 2,5% cashback from AliExpress is NOT a benefit in 2025) - non-existent time flexibility - incompetent and toxic management - non-existent work-life balance - no teleworking allowance - high fluctuation of people (because of the poor conditions) - exploiting of the employees - no long term planning/goals - moving people to different projects without their consent - no performance bonuses - earning minimal wages on a project for a company with value of $106.7B
