      none from my side, some people mention growth possibilities and opportunity to move to another project

      Cons

      terrible work environment, lies about working hours, work from home conditions, bonus, misinformation on every single step of the recruitment process, no support from managers, terrible communication from HR side, total control and surveilance

      You’ll also lose part (if not all) of yourself. This is outsourced cheap labour for huge corporations that don’t want to see their profits go to good salaries
