Pros

Bonus for metrics and yeah that’s it, staff nice, and nice floor

Cons

They dont give you vacations even tho you ask for it 4 month before, they don’t give you weekend free day and to new representatives give them that position, wfm give awful lunch times schechule, alot of hours shift (1 hour more of the regular) they make u sale even tho you get no money

The company provides plenty of information as it moves forward in training you as well as helping you set up.

Cons

There are many people who want to work so sometimes it takes a little longer to get set up, but they will get you in and take care of you.
