Pros

This company has the best training ground and this was my first bpo company. I have learned how to handle customers and deal with different characters. It was an honor to be part of this company for over a year and I'm very proud that I came from them.

Cons

I think the only Cons of this is the lack of programs or any offer for their employees that planning to relocate and want to continue their career.
