Paycheck was always on time

Cons

Every person above you in rank acted weird and only way to advance was to be kissing someones behind big time, you are just a number and never expect more cause you won't get it, they tell all kinds of fairytales to get you there but reality is something else, also pay gap between languages is huge and cannot be even compared.
