Pros

- Nothing. Their pantry, site, and account, even the personnel of the building are worst and condescending.

Cons

- We were put to floating status while on training just because of some faulty technical issues happened to us causing us to fail the assessment that even though we requested for a retake, they did not let us.

Pros

Coworkers and bosses are friendly, the work is not too bad but can get stressful, and the salary is as you'd expect nothing crazy. Good start for someone without other opportunities.

Cons

For me it was the long commute time.

Pros

They provide equipment you need to do your job. Pay is fine for the work that you do.

Cons

You don't control your hours. Managers will assign your shift schedules. Everything is measured - time on calls, customer satisfaction, etc.
