Pros

They provide equipment you need to do your job. Pay is fine for the work that you do.

Cons

You don't control your hours. Managers will assign your shift schedules. Everything is measured - time on calls, customer satisfaction, etc.

Pros

TP had its flaws, but I really miss the managers who truly cared about helping you grow in your career. That’s hard to find elsewhere.

Cons

Employees are recognized for good work.
