Pros

They paid their pittance on time. I am a more confident person having left the job and most of the training was good. My fellow agents were fantastic and the only thing I stayed for.

Cons

No voice. Treated like a bum on a seat no matter how good you are. No support from management. Repetitive job. The salary was insulting, people in the same job role get paid 20k+ and we were just above minimum wage a 6.44 an hour. No change of progression, it was well known that the senior management wouldnt promote a good agent on the floor as their stats looked good when given to the client. Shifts were terrible and they often screwed you around with a few days notice and didn't care you might have had plans. I would really be here all day. Thankless job. Only work there if you're desperate.

Pros

Found some friends there. EVERYBODY can get a job there. Training is like being back to school and paid.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. The supervisors don't do their jobs, nobody is honest with you. Our so called "trainer" was more busy flirting with female coworkers (or even harassing them) than actually helping us with our problems. Personal favors are given to some people. Everybody is treated different. The building was infested with bed bugs, which was denied by HR permanently. We found bed bugs several times and were told we don't know how they look. Health insurance is pricy and the worst I've ever seen. Pay is just above minimum wage in some projects. No paid vacation, no paid holidays. You are monitored constantly and threatened to be fired. The turnover is ridiculous. They hire TONS of people before Christmas and fire them right after the holidays. My position let me manage my time quite flexible, that's the only reason I stayed for almost a year. And that just was because I got treated different from others, because I was hard to replace. A normal csr would have been fired at eight of their so called "points". A quarter point for showing up late, two for a missed shift. I had over twenty sometimes... DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
