Teleperformance as a company is a really great place to work. The policies are very good, work culture is excellent and colleagues will treat you like family. The work culture and team mates are great.

Cons

Other than that, the company policies and management are ethical and up to standard.

The work culture of the company is good. In my process I can talk to my managers directly. Talented and dedicated people are always appreciated. Job security is also present for employees who can perform.
