Teleperformance is the best company I work with in my entire career. Good job growth within specific time period as required for promotion in a process framework.

Cons

The downsides is some companies are not counting TP experience

We have a lot of fun at work while working in Teleperformance. Selfie corner, music, fun quizzes, etc. are conducted on certain special occasions in the company.
