Working from home and being at home

You’ll be a slave in your own home after awhile. No company discounts for internet service No life to work balance . 2:15-11:00pm with Sunday and Wednesday off when you have school aged kids , it can get hectic. You may have a Different supervisor every other month. I had 6 supervisors within a year. Extremely high call volume that will drive you insane. 6-8 seconds in between calls for 8hrs straight with a 45 minute lunch and 2/15 min breaks. Some supervisors do not care and they seem stressed and unhappy themselves. Calls , Calls and more calls. If you don’t know the job already you’re pretty much dead meat. Ohhh and you only get paid SEMI MONTHLY on the 7th & 22nd!

-Room to grow (meaning more money). -Decent pay depending on which account you get selected for -Management on my account was understanding -Bonuses -Pay raises when you move up to next Tier -Benefits

Cons

-Scheduling -Parking is hard to find if you come right

You can get your salary on the certain date without any hesitation on lateness.

Cons

If you are Non-European, you should double-check the contract durations which could be even one month in renewals. In case of unemployment, re-hiring depends on your relationship with HR and managers, not your skills or the work you spent effort for. Contracts are mostly less than 6 months, which you will never be told during interviews. In most departments, management is in terribly rude attitudes towards the employees. The work permit is limited so you cannot get another job even if you have a residence permit. be careful before you leave your country to move here.
