Management, less salary as promised. If you are right and they are wrong, just agree and accept mistakr, otherwise your salary will come less, unnecessary you will become the target.

Salary on Time WFH option Engagement room (Adobe) Opportunity to improve Sups, SME are mostly helpful IJPs are accessible over myhr Surveys are conducted sometimes Training days are average in matter of knowledge

Cons

--Asked to work on weekends with non trained product chats --Attendance might be marked incorrectly and you need to continuously request to get that corrected. --No transparency about how week offs are chosen and its not applied on everyone equally. (Seems Discrimination) --Policies are directly applied without a good discussion and the negative results due to such policy changes may be directly applied over the candidate. --Attendance mistake can effect your opportunity to apply for promotions
