There is no such cons which cannot be ignored as per my experience. If you really work hard i am sure this company has much to give you.

Pros

Both side cabs, meal, incentives, overtime.

Cons

No people management. Politics at every step. Only 1k in-hand salary increase every year for all employees irrespective of their performance.

Pros

If you work for a certain division then you can be pretty financially stable for a little while, but it wasn't very organized, I had multiple supervisors so the consistency wasn't there, I had to be patient a LOT so I'd recommend somewhere to kill time or catch your footing but NOT SUSTAINABLE

Cons

they didn't want us using the rr feature even though there was one, never got any time requested off
