Pros

Friendly people or collogues at your level. Work is easy. pay is good but not that much a saving.

Cons

work hours are more 5.5 days working minimum bonus or incentives options even on festivals gifts are also not provided. toxic people at managerial level who never wanted to see you progressing . Other than few of them.

Pros

Pay is alright. My team mates were fun to be with and very supportive.

Cons

No free HMO for family members. Some team leads would push you to report to work even if you are seriously sick.
