Okay, I have insight about the training department for what I observed to them. they're so really approachable and nice special the trainer that we have which is Ms. Delapena. and, you have a healthy environment for the BPO virgin they are not really pressured because your trainer are very nice and jolly.

Cons

I have a request because there is no machine for the coffee only one floor has a free coffee but it's not in machine. I hope each floor has a machine for the coffee because it's really hustle to go down at the 6th floor to get a free coffee. that the only thing that I wanted to request.
