They give rice allowance to all agents and for the work at home agents, they provide internet allowance which will depend on the internet the agent uses. The company has some activities and promotions which are mostly open to all and offer prize money. We also get health insurance and other government benefits. The best part during my training is that they offer free water and coffee!!

Cons

For a work at home agent, it would be better of the equipment they deploy is a Laptop and not a desktop, I say this because if there are blackout or electric problems, It would be easy to continue working because of the Laptop and a power bank to support a backup Wi-Fi (prepaid Wi-Fi).

As trainee for a telco account, we deserve to have a PC thats in perfect condition. The deffective PC's in the training room is really a DRAG. It slows down our learning efficacy. Also HRs dont give NT's promptly..
