Pros

Policy has a strong Non discrimination code of any kind. Flexible casual wear no need to go formal. Average facilities. Good Salary. Easy promotion.

Cons

Despite heaving a strong policy (non discrimination though its not really applied most of the time by the management. Very stressful environment that doesn't allow you to have any connections outside the place. There are opportunities to grow but no time. Finally unprofessional HR (my own experience) Not really helpful in any way.. unless you're friends with the team.
