The team and people I worked with were generally supportive and cordial. Quick exposure to projects in emerging industries. Opportunities to explore different roles if you're open to it.

Cons

Compensation was far below industry standards for the role offered. My official designation was Assistant Manager, but I was primarily assigned content development tasks without clear alignment to the role. Additional responsibilities kept piling on without any salary revision or formal recognition. Overall, the experience didn’t align with my expectations of a managerial role.
