Pros

Each experience I had was unique, and I learned a lot from them. Overall, Teleperformance is a solid place to build skills and keep a good work-life balance since they are quite flexible.

Cons

Teleperformance is very big company.

The work is a mix of fun and routine tasks. There are plenty of breaks, but sometimes they can feel really far apart.

Cons

Working Hours are extended sometimes
