Once work is done you don’t have to worry about it till it’s time to clock in the next day. Hybrid work environment.

Cons

Very linear growth if that is an option for you but not many opportunities to grow into. Lacks fixed company culture, values. No increments, no change in benefits. No equality; lots of payroll, vacation tracking, bonus calculation and other mistakes that lead to unfair pay and benefits across employees.

OT and Makeup hours are usually always available! been here 5 years dont see myself going anywhere anytime soon! ive had 5 TLs the entire 5 years 3/5 were AMAZING! Day off requests usually get approved always! the work environment is fun and energetic! always games being played to help make the day go faster! everyones willing to help each other! we are our own little family! Bonuses are phenomenal if you put the effort in!

put me on spanish calls. fought extremely hard to get them off because it was difficult! never happened! still taking the calls! Wish schedules weren't so hard to change! system issues are a pain!
