What I like about TP.

The work environment is lively. I like the way how comfortably fast each of the production teams are and the team I'm currently joining with is fantastic.

Cons

Some say that some agents are too flashy when wearing working clothes to the office and thought that it is not an appropriate working attire.

Payments on time The work environment is great The Miraflores’s building is nice and clean

Cons

The shifts are longer than in other companys. If you choose to work in regular schedule it means lower salary.

TP as my first work had been a good place, I't has a good work environment , I'm an an active college student so I have a difficult schedule but TP is very flexible with that giving me the opportunity to continue with my studies while I develop my working experience.

Cons

I think that one of the cons that I have is that they are a little bit pushing with things like OT.

I've just joined this company, and during the onboarding process, I felt that the work environment was very supportive, welcoming, and well-facilitated with comfortable workspaces. The training I attended was very enjoyable, and I gained a comprehensive understanding of the company.

Cons

For now, I haven't found any drawbacks at this company, since I've just joined.
