      Pros

      Great work-life balance and top notch product make coming into Tableau everyday a great experience. There are times when the work gets challenging, but that is because the company expects a lot from it's employees and compensates them with many perks standard in the tech industry. Love that it still feels scrappy like a startup at times.

      Cons

      Lots of growing pains can still be felt today. Some management might have moved into positions they weren't ready for. The competitive market is tougher than ever, so expect to work hard and expect to be challenged. The pay is decent, nothing that will turn heads, but there are many other benefits that help you feel valued.

      Cons

      Very young office. Literally, like literally so young. Like totally. Lots of "fringe" benefits that could just be in the paycheck (Spiffs, raffles, etc.)

      Pros

      Great learning and growing environment but lacks the pay to justify the technical knowledge required. I would only recommend this company to someone that needs to retrain and has the ability to take low pay in the meantime. Great product and environment, but the pay is just too low.

      Cons

      Very low pay. Minimal flexibility to work from home. Very low employer contribution to retirement. Open work environment, very destracting and can hear managers discussing personnel matters. Stock is not a good way to motivate employees when the stock price is so low.
