      Pros

      Awesome product, best in class. Can't say anything much about the rest.

      Cons

      Management in Singapore is a hot mess. Zero trust in employees, micromanaging every single day and bullying employees into staying quiet. Manager will pretend to care, and ask for your honest opinions and feedback. But once you mention something that does not suit their agenda, you will be met with hostility. Honestly, people here are afraid of repercussions which is why no one is speaking up anymore. Everyone has so much potential and love for the product, but are looking to move out because of this. Just take a look at the employee attrition rate. For people looking to join, please do yourself a favor and try to reach out to ex employees or current employees to do your own research.

      - Good comp (less true after the Salesforce acquisition) - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Out-of-control politics due to a tolerance of jerks and managers who (following the example of top executives) are willing to listen to employees, but think their responsibility ends with listening - Lots of bureaucracy, especially since the acquisition - Inconsistent employee quality since they don't seem to fire anyone. This is especially true for employees with longer tenures since compensation plummets once the initial stock grant has vested, so most competent folks leave at that point - Hypocrisy from upper management, who seem to believe that company values are only for rank-and-file employees

      Better Before Acquisition

      Pros

      Good benefits for now, ok compensation. Good people, low drama.

      Cons

      Support misses out on a lot of opportunities the rest of the org is given, being expected to work two holidays and historically not permitted to attend team-building events. Management keeps trying to find ways to squeeze more work out of everyone.
