Lack of leadership vision Rules are changing from one week to another A massive workload that becomes overwhelming at times ( too many cases to be worked ). Very difficult customers, especially Indian customers No real progression in the career. Everything is monitored to the core. Your activity, everything Too many defects in the product due to improper testing before the release

Amazing product empowering people to see and understand their data.

Cons

When Salesforce purchased the company, they destroyed an existing culture of "humble smart" committed people, and started attrition. Tableau no longer feels like the company we worked to build.
