Pros

Great people, kind of livable wage after some changes in 2017

Cons

Hired on the promise that it was easy to move around, but very low mobility internally. No one moved out of TS or very high up in TS, regardless of skillset. Tons of manager roles were filled externally.

-Pleasant atmosphere -Support teams collaborate with each other to share expertise and make life easier. -Is serious about customer success -little or no micromanagement, managers have confidence in their staff.

Cons

-The Company is in a growth phase where some teams are outgrowing their current methodologies, but aren't quite big enough to make more modern methodologies a slam dunk in terms of immediate effectiveness.
