Pros

Corporate culture is very good. There is much room for autonomous individuals to make great things happen every day in their careers. People get moved up if they work hard and stay focused and social. The kitchens have a lot of free food as of such, the Tableau 20 is a thing... be conscious and try to make salads much longer than just the first month

Cons

If you are not a pro at time management, this is not the place for you. People have a lot of autonomy to create their own schedules in respect to deadlines. Processes are pre-defined and important to make things run smooth. Do not change process without managerial consent
