As anywhere, if your direct manager doesn't support you, can be difficult to find purpose.

- Amazing health insurance coverage - Great colleagues - Conference is fun if you go - Good office locations - Decent paid time off

Cons

- Below industry pay - Non-existent career path - Low raises, low RSU awards - Very high turnover This is a great job if you are happy doing the same role for years and years. This used to be a great place to grow ones career. That is no longer the case. Go elsewhere if you want opportunity.
