Pros
Tableau is a fantastic place to work. This quirky startup spun out of a University of Stanford research project. It has grown from startup into a publicly traded company. Through all the growth, Tableau has maintained a startup feel. There is very high importance placed on work like balance, and enjoying your time at work each day.
Cons
The culture of the company is so great that it can be hard to ever consider leaving. Also, they provide so much food that it is pretty easy to put on some weight when at work. My advice, use your standing desk as much as possible.
