Good benefit, nice building, nothing else

Cons

Upper management comes from former companies that have been run into the ground. Manager treats people base on their friendship and favoritism. Managers have no direction. Cower bully, harsh environment, can't trust anyone. Everyone I know is trying to leave Takeda, as there is no career development and no future.
