Culture and Morale has changed drastically since the Shire merger. The company let go of some great reps. More importantly; if you want to promote you don’t have to sell good, so don’t worry about winning just formulate good spreadsheets and talk a good talk. Most of the current managers are coaching reps to win but they haven’t won much (if any) themselves. Large territories for non-specialty drugs. If you want to sell one of their specialty drugs it may be best for you to leave and come back because it seems they don’t have confidence in their own reps (unless you’re legacy Shire).
