      if you are just looking for a job to pay the bills and do not get invested, then it is suitable

      Cons

      cannot call a spade a spade. the elephant in the room is not addressed. high level of politics, background communication and interference by non-experts, decisions not logical/scientific but noone dares to question due to cliques in control. it was a bizarre experience

      location is convenient for those in Boston area

      Cons

      No work-life balance and for a pharma company that has so much money, they don't invest in the basic tools employees need to do their job. People managers need more training. The work area reminds me of a messy kids room - which reflects upon the way the company works. Very unprofessional and no standards.
