There are none except that I don't work there anymore

Poor management. Communication is non existent. Staff are completely overlooked and undervalued. Management are compulsive liars and make extremy inappropriate comments.

Pros

They offer good benefits, good bonuses, flexible work schedules, and nice facility and daycare. Basically everything on paper that you'd want.

Cons

Demoralized and overworked workforce (due to massive recent layoffs). Poor leadership, with lots of folks managing up, with very little focus on managing down, leaving those who are executing the work with little direction, confidence, or enjoyment. Environment does not foster openness, varying opinions, or innovation. An extreme focus on cost-cutting, with perpetual reduction of resources and staffing. Little appreciation or recognition given. Environment is in CONSTANT change -- everything -- all the time - the change fatigue is tremendous. But the demands increase and increase.
