Interpersonal skills- Ample scope of developing interpersonal skills, but development on negative characteristics of personality, e.g, learning of internal politics, buttering of supervisors, show-offs. 4. onsite opportunity - Good onsite opportunity, but conditions apply. For example, 3 years exp in current project or similar criterion. Anyway for US opportunity, TCS sponsors L1B visa. Chances of rejection of L1B visa from TCS is 75%.

Promotion is biased and there is no such thing as work life balance. There is no importance given to your career growth. You have to be chargeble and working at all times even though the work is not related to your skill set.
