      It's a steppingstone, particularly if just out of school.

      Cons

      You'd be better off at another company...too big with way too many moving parts, and issues that really matter, as you will see the longer you stay there. Terrible communication between groups, language barriers, cultural barriers, corruption. Puts on a facade of positivity with a lot of dirty laundry in the basement. Lots of benefits though that you might could use and decent matching 401K.

      This company is a big Slum from South Asia. Scamming of employees by placing consultants based on race, caste, religion, ethnicity in front of clients of similar background to build billing and revenue relationship . I met a Paxistani ex-uber driver who could not even pronounce Query properly (called it koori) who could not even write properly and was barely literate. Client Managers change voice and tone when Indians from their caste language region are involved. Extreme favoritism and highly sadistic south asian slum with cheap games played by peers. Bangladeshi type sweatshop of IT world.
